Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is operated by We Are Volume LLC ("we," "us," "our") under the Hire Someone Else brand. If you have questions about this policy, email us at why@hiresomeoneelse.com.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, project details, preferred timeline, and budget range. We use this information to evaluate your inquiry and respond to you.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate use of this site and measure whether an inquiry was submitted successfully. Our current analytics implementation does not set cookies, use advertising identifiers, or include the contents of your inquiry in analytics events.

Service providers

We use Mailgun to deliver inquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Mailgun processes the contact and message information needed to provide that service. We do not sell or rent your information.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. If we add any functionality in the future that requires cookies, this policy will be updated and appropriate notice will be provided.

Data retention

We retain inquiry submissions only as long as needed to respond and evaluate fit. If you would like your information removed, email us and we'll take care of it promptly.

Your rights

If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at why@hiresomeoneelse.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
